I cannot remember the last time that I had a "real" orgasm! With a toy, I might get some of the build-up, but never get to the O. I cannot do it with my husband either...he does what he needs to do for himself then takes a shower.

I think this is in part due to my first child. Labor over 12 hours, she was 10lb 2oz and the doc was not expecting it, no episiotomy, torn from stem to stern. The doctor apparently thought that my labia was too large and while repairing the damage cut lots away. I never healed. At 9 months out he did a repair surgery. My body healed, but my clitoris is very difficult to find now and I just don't get the sensations that I used to.

But I know it is not completely impossible. I do tend to dream about having them...
