Yeah, i thought about it a lot and sent many e-mails to psycho-centers, but for some reason this type of therapy is very expensive, its costs 1/5 of my month salary. I can afford only 1 hour per month. Does it makes any effect after 1 hour of therapy?

Worst comes to worst, though, just stick to whatever gets you through the day. Coming off medication can be hard and getting used to living through ups and downs can take awhile.
