junkdna has known her therapist for a long time.
ive only seen my therapist maybe 8 times including today out of the past 6 months. my old therapist wouldnt put that crap up. and she would maybe take it down if i said something about it and talked it out with her. but this therapist goes and says i need to find humor in myself and stop seeing everything as pessimistic.
like really?
so thats whats youve gotten from me out of me being in these sessions?
this is why i dont like her. maybe i do sound pessimistic now but i have a keen sense about therapists and MH professionals and i know when one is genuine and when one isnt like almost immediately. she MIGHT mean well but shes not a GOOD therapist. shes not even average good.
