I was always wanting to quit in my first years of therapy. If that helps any, to know that thats common, or to be expected? I was always, i can do it myself from here on in. But now i think thats just what my mother wanted me to say, to everything. She just didnt enjoy parenting. She liked hanging around with my older brother, but that wasnt really parenting. I wanted to ask questions that she didnt have answers to and didnt know how to find out.
