Yes exercise does wonders. Mine is cycling tho.

The thing with these types of exercises is they put us in control: pace, direction, etc...plus exercise releases endorphins that make us feel good.

So it's a tandem of physical and psychological benefits.

I feel my strongest mentally when I'm in the middle of my exercise.
