Thank you! I've really been struggling lately with a bad depressive episode, and the only person I have to talk to is my T for an hour once a week. I just wanted to confide how lonely and invisible I feel most of the time. Yeah, no one has walked in my shoes, but still....is a little compassion too much to ask for?
Right now I feel like I'm dying inside with the need to be heard. But there's no one out there. :-( If a woman screams in the woods with no one around to hear her, does she still make a sound?
