One (combined therapist/psychiatrist) simply never responded for a week when I asked for a refill + to book a new appointment. The second would have me come in around noon for his first appointment of the day; he'd get in late and spend about a half hour making calls to other patients before he would see me, would take calls during my appointment, and dozed off during a session. Prior to these two, I had someone who forgot everything I told her so I could never make progress because every week I'd have to explain who this person and that person were and why they were important. So the last 4 people, yesterday's POS included, have all been scarily inept!
