Thanks. I tried the nail biting stuff once years ago, unfortunately it meant that every time I picked up food with my hands the food tasted horrible too..but I may have to try it again and persevere with it. I'm gonna try the chewing gum, hadn't thought of that It could be down to medication as it kinda ties in with when the dose was last increased. Just had a look through the leaflet but couldn't see anything. Hopefully I can get on top of it soon!
