I have cheated on my husband, this was a few years ago and before being diagnosed, tho I do not use my condition as an excuse I do know now that it had much to do with it. I regretted it instantly and told him the next day because I couldn't keep it in anymore then that. I still haven't 100% forgiven myself but I am working on it. My husband forgives me and stayed with me, which may not be the case in other people's situations. Never the less I am greatful and glad I got it off my chest that is the first step.
