My heart goes out to you, mewtwojunior. I know the feelings and thoughts you are describing, and would go with what smartiesparty recommended.

In the meantime, know that you are not alone, many people have these times in their lives and I certainly know that I have been in a dark place for a couple of times. Sometimes people don't know how to react to a depressed person and that makes it worse for us. Reading articles here on PC has helped me, for example this one: 9 Ways to Practice Self-Compassion When You Have Depression | World of Psychology

Breathing exercises (tutorials can be found on youtube f.ex.) have helped me a lot with my anxiety. Otherwise, if it helps you to sit on the floor and sit still, feeling the floor being solid beneath you, do that and breathe evenly. If you feel trapped inside or have a suffocating feeling, go for a little walk and count your steps, observe your environment, the air, the trees, whatever is there to keep your mind off the troubles for a little while.

Big warm comfort hug, and I hope this will soon get better for you. Yiu can get out of this, even though it seems impossible at these times. That's what makes depression so awful, but there is certainly hope and people who understand
