It results in failing to have a tangible object of conversation. When the conversation becomes self referential I can't hold my consciousness, at best I pause and release. This is worse when there is another mental task at hand. Separating my thought process from a dominate arbitrary concept leaves me with no grasp on the meaning of the conversation. I am left confused. Irritated by nonsense. Sometime the arbitrary concept is an emotion. This makes it easier to retain a conversation that does not result in the other person complaining.

One of the easiest things is separating myself from feedback. For instance, I had to learn how to speak again after resuming treatment because I could hear my own voice.
Thank you so much for replying i appreciate it i can only begin to imagine how you feel having so many distractions and being able to differenciate your thought process from nonsense thoughts. That must be frustrating hats off to you i can see how it is frustrating as you try hard and it makes no difference people complain anyway.

I hope science develops ADHD medication so it doesn't have horrible side effects and enables you to be temporarly ADHD free in work. I think ADHD is a gift although i don't have it i wish i did.

Thank you again
