Our hobbies are dominated by the one playing host at the time. My/our hobby is this psychology thing with me as a test subject because I make a great nut job.

This one hits too close to home that it's pretty much a mental obsession at this point. I'm sure we'll get bored with this soon enough and move on, hopefully....we usually do.

It seems like for each hobby, skill, function, elective, area of expertise, job, there is an other to perform it, do it, operate it, function it....not so much an other has a hobby, but the hobby has an other for it. Does this make sense?
