Does he do any sales on Facebook? I've sold stuff on Facebook garage sale sites, and as a seller, its almost critical to block certain buyers because of some of the things they do. There are lots of buyers on these sites wanting to lowball prices and argue like crazy. I've had to block them. Its nothing personal. I earn extra money for my household by selling online, and I can't waste time haggling with people who want these things for free. I've had the same problem with selling on Craigslist, too. I get contacted by "buyers" who give me a hard luck story and want me to give my item to them. I don't reply and block their emails.
