Thoughts are nothing if we don't act on them and we know that they aren't something we have to keep around. I know its easier said than done because I find myself having intrusive thoughts that steal me from the present moment all the time and a lot of times. I can't say I am proud of the thoughts a lot of them are violent or sexual fantasies, sometimes paranoia, but I just because something pops into my mind it doesn't mean I have to keep the thought or act on it. I am hoping though that my doctor can get me on the right medication for intrusive thoughts because it is a symptom of my OCD and anxiety.
