What's your point ? Are these issues that you personally have a problem with ?
In the context of the 12 steps , #1 is #1 for a reason and it's self explanatory. You admit your powerless over "whatever" and that your life has become unmanageable because of it. The rest of the steps try and help you fix that unmanageability. There are also a lot of different reasons your life can become unmanageable. That's why AA's 12 steps work for many non-alcoholics too ( or for whatever your addiction was ).
Try working the steps and your list may shrink a lot. If I had serious mental health issues , ( besides or with alcoholism ) then the Big Book says you may need , and it's ok , to seek professional help.
