Think about the job you are applying for and why you are applying for that job. If it looks like you could do the job, your answer is that you have the right "skill set" for it; you know the computer programs you have to operate or the machines you'd have to use or you have had a job like it before, etc. If you are applying for a customer service type job, you have the right "temperament" for it, you are friendly, loyal, honest, and hard-working. If the job just looks interesting to you, you are a "good learner and love a challenge" and would be excited to be a part of the team, etc. Picture the job in your mind and then tell them you have whatever you picture. If it is something "boring" like filing or some other repetitive job, you are "conscientious" and "detail-oriented". Imagine you are hiring someone for the job, what would you like to hear?
