And can marijuana be a factor too?

Sorry I left some things out that might be important I just want you to get the full story before we identify the cause cause I heard about the muscles weakening in your penis but this might just be hormones just wanted to make sure it's hormones and nothing else so I gave this info and please answer the other questions too. Again sorry for all the trouble.
You mentioned marijuana usage and that could be playing into it. Marijuana use can, depending on how much/often you use it, can cause sexual dysfunction. The ejaculating before fully hard can definitely be tied to the chronic. Not because you're ejaculating too fast, but because your erection isn't getting as strong as it could be. That could be something to definitely consider.

Also, I lasted longer at first with probably my shortest latency period being around the age of 17. So it could be a combination of technique and hormones causing you to not last as long as when you masturbated before.

Finally, something you mentioned was how lying on your side helped with nighttime emissions. It's possible that strengthening your pelvic floor muscles will help, and heck, it sure can't hurt. Here's a link:

Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles will also help with staying power as well so get to clenching!
