Hey so I'm looking for some help. So I'm 15 sophomore in high school and I've had sex 2 times before I developed PE I haven't had sex with it, it occurred when I was masturbating. I've been masturbating since I was 13 and I developed PE around my mid 14s, I used to masturbate as often as 2-4 times a day almost every day for 2 years and I used to do it in the shower too sometimes and I figure these are the main reasons I have PE now(because of excessive masturbation) so I stopped masturbating for a period of time thinking it would cure itself but I started masturbating not as often but it didn't cure itself it is pretty bad when I'm not hard I grab my penis and start jerking to get hard I feel like ejaculating when I'm not even hard yet and I ejaculate before I even get fully hard less than 10 seconds. I was planning on being a lot more sexually active but after that happened it would just be embarrassing if I ever did have sex with it. Even when I am hard I only last about 5-10 seconds. I read recently that stopping masturbation completely is a step in curing PE permanently if that's anything. Well I'm looking for a permanent cure any help please, I heard about the stop and start and squeeze method(please keep in mind that excessive masturbation is the cause I think) so will these work in my case, and if I stop will the effects last, and I'm looking for permanent cures please those methods and anything else that will help

I doubt that's the cause. Masturbation normally causes you to be desensitized actually. People normally develop DE (delayed ejaculation) because of it.

Being 15, now there's a cause. You're swimming in testosterone and excitement right now and now you've that anxiety in your head which is going to make it even worse. Calm down, relax and don't worry so much about it. You've got a lot more you need on your mind than worrying about PE.

Also, don't worry about a permanent cure until your testosterone production levels out in 3-5 years. Then if it's still an issue in your 20's, you can start practicing "male Kiegals" and work on any psychological things that might be increasing your anxiety about it.

Thanks so much just a few more questions though so when I started I could last way longer than now so your sure it's just my age? Also I used to masturbate in the shower could this be a factor and finally is it okay to keep masturbaating will it worsen or anything? Sorry for the trouble thanks. And can marijuana be a factor too?

And also that thing about ejaculating before even getting fully hard and feeling like ejaculating before I am even hard, is this natural, any information on this?

Sorry one more thing Ve been having wet dreams almost every night so I slept on my side and it stopped is this a factor are my muscles weak, and that's what's causing PE or this a result of my hormones too? Sorry I left some things out that might be important I just want you to get the full story before we identify the cause cause I heard about the muscles weakening in your penis but this might just be hormones just wanted to make sure it's hormones and nothing else so I gave this info and please answer the other questions too. Again sorry for all the trouble.

You mentioned marijuana usage and that could be playing into it. Marijuana use can, depending on how much/often you use it, can cause sexual dysfunction. The ejaculating before fully hard can definitely be tied to the chronic. Not because you're ejaculating too fast, but because your erection isn't getting as strong as it could be. That could be something to definitely consider.

Also, I lasted longer at first with probably my shortest latency period being around the age of 17. So it could be a combination of technique and hormones causing you to not last as long as when you masturbated before.

Finally, something you mentioned was how lying on your side helped with nighttime emissions. It's possible that strengthening your pelvic floor muscles will help, and heck, it sure can't hurt. Here's a link:

Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles will also help with staying power as well so get to clenching!

I may be wrong here, been a long time since I had to go that route, but it seems like that would help more than harm. Maybe it just depends on the person.

Something that makes PE a non issue that is so simple.

However please check and ask your physician on any possible pregnancy risks in doing this before embarking.

Simple clear honey thinly spread on UNDERNEATH a condom has worked.

I know this is a very serious issue that makes many uncountless people silently take their lives.

it stops the friction that makes people cum straight away. Please find out more and ask physician about something like this and pregnancy risks first.

I hope you have fun.

You sound totally normal to me. I agree with the poster who said that being 15 is part of why you supposedly have PE. Masturbating in the shower is also totally normal... in fact, I'd bet it's the most popular place for guys to jerk off. My experience at your age was that the only downside to masturbating in the shower was that the soap hurt my urethra near the tip of my penis. That resolved itself in about a year, presumably as that area desensitized.

Do you feel like you have PE the second or third time you masturbate in the day? Often orgasms happen quickly when a guy hasn't orgasmed in a while, which at your age is like 12 hours.

Still, it wouldn't hurt to talk to your doctor about it. None of us here appear to be doctors. You might feel embarrassed to talk to your doc, but any decent doctor knows that adolescent masturbation is totally normal.
