I seriously don't know how to slow down. I am going to try reading the bible tonight. Maybe God will help. What I really need I can't get without hospitalization. My Pdoc will only let me do this with around the clock supervision. Haldol, Ativan, Benedryl along with psyc meds around the clock for about two days. The more I don't sleep the more wired I get.
