Hallie...you're not alone I'm facing the same thing. Been working on getting it all together. I look at it as being similar to pushing a reset button for my finances. Its not quite that way but it's the closest thing I'll get and I'll NEVER be able to pay my debt so it is a necessary thing for me. It was hard to come to terms with at first(took me years from the first time my parents mentioned it). When I get everything together I'll file too. It sucks...
