ever play charades? this is a big one around my home. we have 3 children and many times they have trouble telling us whats what. so they start a charades where we make guesses based on their facial expressions\body language \ acting out what they want us to know. I do this with my treatment providers too when I have trouble explaining something.
writing? I also write\draw sometimes just writing stream of thought will get the right words out. sometimes drawing what I am trying to say or am feeling helps.
breathing... many times when Im stuck just taking time to do my breathing clears my mind enough to be able to find the words I am looking for.
yoga....sometimes taking a break from the problem and flopping down on the floor for some yoga helps me
my suggestion talk with your treatment providers, they will be able to help you find ways that will help you to put words to what you are feeling.
