I've had to start over so many times, I have adhd and got bored with relationships and either ended them by leaving abruptly (leaving all possessions behind) or cheating (only once) and that resulted in immediate breakup and again, losing everything (including custody of my child because i had no car, no job nor a permanent place to stay). Custody loss wasn't 100% legal involving lawyers, she went to stay with grandparents. Any way, I found a good guy after moving 3 states away, we knew after the second visit that there was some magic happening. We've been together since and plan to be very long term I'm 33, we met when I was 30, but yes, to answer your question, it is possible and finding the right one does happen. I think me finding a really good guy at a later age is healthier and more serious/mature. Because you know what you want and don't want so that gives you a benefit to weed out the bad or not as desirable guys.
But that's my two cents!
