If you find the pharmacy has not received anything yet then I would talk to his office staff - they are the ones who see these things through. Is there an agency near you that could help set you up with the providers you need? I understand his position although I think he's being childish and borderline unethical in not somehow assisting you with finding a new provider. There is shortage of psychiatrists and 2 months may not be enough time to find a new one. I'm sorry you have to experience this stress, I know it must be very painful.
