I'm also feeling a bit out of energy the past few months.
I think it's because I'm overthinking things. Every little thing is SOMETHING. It's just a habit of mine to think things through to the bitter end in my head. It's always the worst case scenario too. That's just a major downer.
It also doesn't help that no matter what I do I wake up at 5:30-6am. It doesn't matter what time I sleep, how tired or drunk I am. I'm up by 6.
