Do you think proper diet helps with BP?
I can't say proper diet has helped me at all. I've been eating super healthy and my depression has gotten worse. What BS!
On the upside, proper diet hasn't worsened my mania (at least I don't think, anyway). So that's good... but proper diet hasn't exactly made it better either...
I'm just wondering if you guys have seen an improvement in symptoms from eating a healthier diet. (I'm kinda referring to the diet thread by bizi.)
I'm sure it's different for all of us, but I'm just curious about you guys.
