Gluten makes me have bad mixed episodes/panic attacks. Seriously. After my recent med changes, I'm going to give it a little while for me to stabilize and then I'll try gluten again. Fingers crossed that I can finally have gluten again!

Oh, and on Latuda, I couldn't have a single glass of wine with dinner without being in a totally b****y mood the next day. I'm going to test it out again now that I'm on Abilify, after I feel more stabilized.
