On the upside, proper diet hasn't worsened my mania (at least I don't think, anyway). So that's good... but proper diet hasn't exactly made it better either...
I'm just wondering if you guys have seen an improvement in symptoms from eating a healthier diet. (I'm kinda referring to the diet thread by bizi.)
I'm sure it's different for all of us, but I'm just curious about you guys.

Gluten makes me have bad mixed episodes/panic attacks. Seriously. After my recent med changes, I'm going to give it a little while for me to stabilize and then I'll try gluten again. Fingers crossed that I can finally have gluten again!
Oh, and on Latuda, I couldn't have a single glass of wine with dinner without being in a totally b****y mood the next day.  I'm going to test it out again now that I'm on Abilify, after I feel more stabilized.
