I think you would LOVE the BEAM Mood Chart Printable. Do a search on google images for BEAM Mood Chart Printable. Here's the link. I've used this one for years. The only times I've skipped working with it is when I've been stable for months. When things get rocky again, I use it. I've been using it this time for over a month. I expect to use it for a few months at least t his time, since my moods are all over the place. I'm ultra rapid cycling. I print it in color, even though I rarely use my color printer due to the cost of cartridges. But it would work in B/W too.
