Yes, it happens alot in chat. Funny thing is though, I can continue to type my thought "into" the chat window and it continues to log it, even though I'm not viewing that window. (FYI I'm using IE)

Now, I don't know if this is connected to the problem but if I keep noting things, maybe someone will come up with an idea. I 'm beginning to think this might be more of a system problem rather than PC.

I noticed the blue balls on the PC logo don't spin any more when a page is loading. if that means anything.
