I don't really find therapy useful, but in my other thread I made a while back, some people suggested that I space out my appointments more. So, I think I'm going to try that.
I currently have therapy every 2-3 weeks, and I definitely think that's too much for me. I mean, 2-3 weeks was good at first, but I'm at the point where I think I don't need it that often or even need it at all. Though, before I totally give up on the idea of therapy, I want to try spacing out my appointments more. Then if that doesn't work, bye-bye therapy.
I'm just wondering how often you guys go to therapy
