I take 50mg Zoloft with 2mg stelazine (an older typical AP) with significant improvement in symptoms. The stelazine dose is very low, not an antipsychotic dose, which would be more along the lines of 10mg which I've heard has horrible side effects. I'm not suggesting you take the same, we're all different but 10mg risperadone is a higher dose, maybe you could ask your pdoc to try the Zoloft with a low dose AP?
