As long as you are safe and most likely treatment compliant...I would think you'll stay out of the hospital. The only other way you could be hospitalized is being a danger to yourself or others. You feeling the meds are fake and you shouldn't take them is part of the psychosis. If you're concerned there's minimal benefit contact your pdoc. Most likely it'll need to be adjusted...your meds that is. It takes a LOT to be involuntarily admitted to a psych.
