You have little or no perspective regarding what's going on with the person in real life. So my thinking would be, if you are willing to continue to help this young man to solve his technical problems & understand the "ins-&-outs" of interacting with other members on the website you both frequent, that is probably about as much as you can do. And that alone is a great thing to do.
Good luck with your continued efforts on this young man's behalf. I wish you well...

I have got little perspective into his offline social life (which shows great resemblance to my own as far as I can judge, and I am not believing he is lying to me). I definitely will support him in the future also, I had been a victim of bullying in real-life and something inside of me does not want it to see it happening on-line!

While reading your comment, something arrived off my subconsciousness: The fact that my familiy and my current class teacher "attested" me being affected of Asperger Syndrome(I really must have surpressed it, until now)a few years ago...assuming that this would be true : does this explain why I try to compare myself to him, and why I CAN understand his actions, and feelings, that I am not the one who believes he is just "an immature kid"? I started trying to explain to him how "the others" think of his behavior, but did not mention anything like Autism or Asperger.
