We're going to the lawyer and making out wills and arguing about the details. I have no children and he's wanting the estate to go to his 3 sons after we have both died; to do that, if he dies first I only get to "control" half; the rest goes into a trust for my "use" while I'm living but I can't redirect who it goes to after I die. If he dies tomorrow and I live another 30 years. . . things might have changed! I'd be "controlled" from the grave.
