We're going to the lawyer and making out wills and arguing about the details. I have no children and he's wanting the estate to go to his 3 sons after we have both died; to do that, if he dies first I only get to "control" half; the rest goes into a trust for my "use" while I'm living but I can't redirect who it goes to after I die. If he dies tomorrow and I live another 30 years. . . things might have changed! I'd be "controlled" from the grave.

Yes indeed Will's are a stressful matter to have to go over, but please try your best to relax and to let things go as they need... as to leave you still healthy after the trying details have been ironed out. ((( hugs )))
