*Trigger Warning*
Let me start off by saying I will be talking about suicide. No I'm not looking for ideas on how to do it but I will be discussing suicide.
So over & over I have been asked do I have a plan to kill myself. It may seem dumb but what counts as a plan? I mean in times past I thought of a very detailed way I was going to kill myself. I even had it planned out as to who would find my body. Once you think of something like that you don't forget it. Is this still considered a plan? Other times I have sat down and started thinking about ways to kill myself. I can always think of ways to kill myself. So does that mean I always, & will always have a plan? So to me the more you break down the question "Do you have a plan? the more complicated it gets.
