I can say absolutely without doubt that Secret Platinum Unscented does stop the perspiration and the odor. It's the best I've ever found.

When I had to wear the clam shell brace for almost a year I discovered what worked.

However, not perspiring isn't worth having cysts that hurt under my arms, nor is it worth the pain of surgery to have them removed.
