@boogie: sounds good. I'll focus more on eating protein. I didn't think about adding protein powder to things! That's a good idea, like those protein pancakes.

@BeyondTheRainbow: lots of great ideas! Thanks! I have chia and flaxseed. Normally I just toss some into my oatmeal, but I'll pour them into my shakes from now on.
