i'm not sure. my therapist says that one (or two) is an introject, but i cannot recall what the earliest abuser was like. i don't know where this particular part came from, but i know they were there as early (if not earlier) as 7. i guess they can really take on any characteristic of negative/scary influences in general and not necessarily 100% resemble an external person.

some of them though are quite mean and scary. for me, it's hard to know which parts are actual introjects and bits and pieces of abusers and what was more them just being created out of fear, etc.
