Hello! Welcome! I have suffered from CPTSD my whole life but ignored it until just the last year. I grew up in a war zone (family not an actual war zone). I do think it's possible to overcome, but it takes a lot of hard work. I'm early in the process so I tend to wonder sometime myself.

Have you read any of Pete Walker's books? He is a therapist who has CPTSD and treats clients with CPTSD. He has a lot of information on his website and a couple books on CPTSD. Just Google Pete Walker.
