I thought american medical was in a mess. Now i feel lucky. Hang in there.

My family doc is ok with meds it was the psychiatrist he referred me to that seems not to as he told me to manage myself.
Another interesting point I learned Friday as I went to a bipolar drop in group (my own discovery) is the participants said I need a pdoc and a separate therapist as most pdocs in Ontario don't do therapy just Medication reviews. I will keep at it and find a pdoc. Thx for input
