I've used sections of it, and think it's really good. Parts of it were used in the addictions treatment program I was in, and it was also used in the psych hospital I was in this year. It's all cognitive behavioural therapy. I found a lot of the tools, especially the thought records it uses, especially helpful in challenging my negative distorted thinking.
