I am not optimistic about this last 8 lbs. I can't cut out too much more food. I don't usually eat too much. I need to run but I'm too lazy. When I lost weight I was going to the gym 5 days a week. I did lots of weight training which I loved. That's what I need to do. I would feel better if I did it.
