It was hell the next day. Talk about zombie!

So I’m curious to how others sleep is and the quality. And do you take anything for sleep?
I can't be on Seroquel because my pdoc said I'm already on Zyprexa so I'm on Trazadone and fall asleep easily but wake up after about 4-5 hours and can't go back to sleep. I'm so manic i can't even take a nap during the day unless I take another Trazadone. I hate it but there are no other options for me. Not even Temazepam, as my pdoc said you are already on Klonopin and those are benzos. He means well and is pleasant but solid on his regulations of my meds. I did try Remeron but it did nothing. I did have sexual dreams on it but didn't last long. The Trazadone usually gives me nightmares. I pray a lot and am not bothered during the day except for the voices (I have Schizoaffective disorder bipolar spectrum with panic/anxiety. The only thing that helps is my MP3 player and a set list for bed. Thanks for letting me share.
