Very powerful. It motivates me to actively fight for a better live, even if that's connected with struggle.

Here's a sentence that encompasses the key lesson I've learnt while staying at a mental facility this summer:

"Just because your feelings might not be rational, that doesn't mean they're not real."

Trust your emotions and don't blur your vision by rationalising all the time.

The sky was gloomy and gray when I was scheduled to have an airplane flight. Once we got above the clouds, the sky was bright and sunny.

Rise above the clouds, and the sky is always blue.

Mind you, easier said than done. Rising above takes a lot of work.
