How is everybody doing today? Prefab? Ceph? Coco?

Hi Starrysky,

My day was busy. I did get a thirty minute walk in. I had a lengthy appt with my new therapist. There were mountains of paperwork and history questions. I was there almost two hours. I seen my primary doc’s PA last Thursday. I’ve been having problems with my right shoulder. I have muscle spasms in it and it hurts to raise it up. After she examined me, she concluded that there were signs of me needing physical therapy. I was rear ended last month. I’ve been going to the chiropractor. The PA said I need physical therapy not the chiropractor. She put in a referral for it. It’s raining tonight so I did not walk my dog far or as long as I normally do. I hope everyone is doing ok.
