I live in Texas, and I've been pondering testing psilocybin mushrooms for depression. I have read that these mushrooms are somewhat legal in New Mexico. Could I visit New Mexico and test these mushrooms on myself without breaking the law? I have seen a bed and breakfast in Jamaica that offers these mushrooms as part of the package. I assume it is legal in Jamaica.

I'm just feeling a little hopeless lately. I don't enjoy drugs, but it would be worth feeling sick and paranoid and so forth for a few hours if it gave me a few months free of depression.
