The smallest things help. I mean you won't even notice it happening, but doing things for yourself, things you enjoy doing, will naturally bring up your spirits from the inside out.
I have struggled with self-confidence for years, and battled with self-esteem and I noticed when I let go of a lot of expectations (what i want from people) and started worrying more about what I wanted, and what I enjoyed doing for myself, the self-confidence bloomed into something wonderful inside me.
Treat yourself and pamper yourself, it will come.
