Thank you for the birthday wishes. It was on the 23rd but we celebrated on the 24th. Glad you are getting back into exercising!

Yesterday I quit my job which was kind of a big deal, and took a rest day. Today I just finished a HIIT/Lower Body Strength workout, 34 minutes total. I love this routine, even though it is very challenging.
