Yesterday was a rest day.

Today I did a FitnessBlender Lower Body Strength workout, and it went well. I will not be surprised if I'm sore tomorrow, although next time I do this workout I want to try lifting a bit heavier than I did today. 37 minutes total.
Thanks for this!

Just finished a Cardio Kickboxing/Upper Body Strength workout, 43 minutes total. Feeling nice and relaxed.

This week I did 4 actual workouts. 2 of the 3 days that I did not workout, I got well over 10k steps in. One day was a full rest day. I'd say that's pretty darn good!
Thanks for this!

I'm exercising again!!!
I should be more specific. Lungesquat jumps (forget the name) finishing off a cycle of abdominal crunches, shoulder raises, few upper back work, few chest "flies" (emphasis on front deltoids)...basically getting some strengthening moves back as opposed to just cardio, but doing it quick enough to increase heart rate, but not too intense to keep from headaches. Yay! I'm excited, can you tell?! :P

Just finished an upper body strength/cardio kickboxing workout, 43 minutes total. Got a good sweat going and feel so much more relaxed.

This week I only did 2 workouts, and on 2 days I got over 10k steps. Definitely a weaker week for me, exercise-wise. But I will try not to be too hard on myself.

Just finished a HIIT/Core routine, 39 minutes total. It was quite challenging to me, even though I modified some of the moves. Got a great sweat going, and feel so much more relaxed and accomplished.

Yesterday was pretty much a rest day. I got over 8k steps but didn't do a workout.

Today, I just finished a low impact cardio workout, 26 minutes total. Wasn't feeling up for a tough workout so I chose a more gentle one today. Feeling nice and relaxed now.

Yesterday was a rest day and the day before I got over 11k steps. Today I'll get an ok amount of steps in from work, not sure if I'll feel up to a workout after.
Thanks for this!

Just finished a HIIT/Lower Body Strength routine, 34 minutes total. Worked up an awesome sweat and I feel so much better than I did before the workout.

This week I did workouts on 3 days, got over 10k steps on one day, and got over 7.5k steps on 2 days. Not bad, but not as good as I could be doing considering one should get 10k steps in every day ideally.

Just finished a brief cardio workout, plus an Upper Body/Core workout. 37 minutes total. My arms are feeling jello-like, which I take as a good sign!

Just finished a no equipment Upper Body/Cardio Kickboxing workout, 37 minutes total. I modified a bit to make things harder by adding weights to some of the upper body exercises. Got a good sweat going and feeling accomplished.

Just finished a lower body workout, 37 minutes total. The instructor just used his bodyweight, but I added weights to the exercises to make them harder. It was no joke! Broke an awesome sweat and feel good.

This week I did 3 workouts, got over 10k steps on 1 day, and over 7.5k steps on 2 days. Not too shabby.
Thanks for this!

Yesterday I got over 8k steps but didn't do a workout.

Today I did a cardio/core workout, 39 minutes total. I made some of the exercises harder by adding weights or making it high impact. Broke a decent sweat and feel proud of myself for working out on a work day.

Yesterday was a rest day, although I got well over 10k steps.

Just finished a Lower Body workout, 37 minutes total. Added weights to make it more challenging, and got a good challenge!

This past week I did real workouts on 4 days, got over 10k steps 1 day and got over 7.5k steps one day. Not too shabby!

Yesterday I got over 10k steps but didn't do a workout.

Today I just finished a lower body routine, 31 minutes total including a warm up and cool down. I added weights to a few of the exercises to make it tougher, and it was a surprising sweatfest!

Friday was a rest day. On Saturday I went out bowling for my birthday, but otherwise it was a rest day too.

Today I just finished a HIIT/Core workout, 39 minutes total. It was very challenging, even with modifying some of the moves! Feel a lot better now than before I started the workout.

This past week I did a workout on 3 days, got over 10k steps one day and over 9k steps another day. Not too bad, but I could do better!

I'm attempting to join you. I've got fitness now scheduled into my daily activitites chart.
Today I walked/jogged/skipped/sahshayed for 28 minutes on the treadmill. Trying to do something every day or most days of the week. If I miss a particular exercise group, then I'll make up for that on the next applicable day, alternating with different exercises on the alternate days.

is it your birthday? Happy birthday!
