Still trying to wrap my head around food during sex. If my partner had wads of food stuck in his teeth or was dropping food on me, etc that would be a turn off. Also if hes eating, how can he bite? Lol

As for me eating food, as mentioned I like gags and restraints, so its problematic. Otherwise though, I think I would choke. How does one make noise and eat at the same time?
